Recently shown in Brazil, the phone is running Google’s Android OS. Whats going around is that the phone lacks the Android Market, making you manually install apps from your computer or specific locations. Dell comments that it will launch the device in Brazil sometime 2010. We just hope its enough time for them to add the Market place. Will keep an eye on the device.
