Great looking device wish i could get my hands on one. Playing around with it the HTC UI works great almost never seeing the old Windows Mobile format. Currently T-MobileSprint and at&t as the HTC Tilt2, carry this phone. I would like to see the Windows Mob Marketplace grow a bit more. To have more diverse selection of apps. A very cool device check out more.

I first came across this during Microsoft’s CES 2010 keynote. Slated to come to T-Mobile, from what I’ve seen it looks great. A nice slick design along with a  good looking bright screen, and a great looking interface. I’ve been looking for a device that would take me away from my iPhone and this may be it. Don’t get me wrong I love my iPhone but I want something new and different.  I must say that Microsoft sucked me back in with there Windows 7, so I’m hoping this device will do the same. I cant wait to get this in my hands.

You can read more info on this device at HTC.

Where does the Palm Pre Stand?

palm pre
We’ve been talking about many quite popular phones lately, but we shouldn’t leave some of the phone’s still holding their own. Like this one for example: The Palm Pre. The Palm Pre is a Smartphone created by Sprint and has been doing an okay job satisfying customers. It has all of the desires like 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and even has free applications that can be downloaded, and of course the basics like SMS, Email, Camera, etc. However this phone’s been bypassed due to many other competitive phones with greater expectations such as previously-named phones (HTC Hero, Motorola Droid) and others like the iPhone, and Blackberry’s. Ultimately it holds good ratings and good for gadget-lovers but as far as on-the-go professionals there are plenty of other truth-be-told better choices they can make. So where does the Palm Pre stand? Perhaps more-or-less on an even scale.

Yet another Google Phone stepping to the plate.. Good or Bad?

nexus one
Looks like we’ve got yet another Google phone joining the competition of Google Mobile Devices.  The Google Nexus One.  Although not a lot of inside details have been released yet, they did mention one feature it will have (that others currently do not).  That’s the Android 2.1 feature – a different version of android. Are you surprised?  Since it’s just been spoken about recently, it has become quite popular.  However, everything said about this wasn’t exactly on a positive note, just logical.  One thing that was noticed through the latest screen shots, there isn’t any sign of the label “HTC” anywhere on this phone.  Could this be a hit, a waste of time or something in-between? Stay tuned.

HTC Hero looking at future success?

December 9, 2009 · Posted in Mobile · Comment

HTC Hero Now for those who haven’t already noticed, this isn’t the first time we blogged about the HTC Hero. You can thank its high anticipation for the majority of the reason. Ever since its release (specifically Android collaborating with Sprint to release their HTC Hero on 10/11/09) It has really been talked about in various occasions. Being rated as overall above average, one of the most feature-packed Google phones to date and even with it’s flaws it’s still a very-much suggested smartphone to have. And to make things even more sweet, it’s been one of the CONFIRMED Android 2.0 packages to occur, along with the formally-spoke-about Motorola Droid from none other than Verizon. The following is fully quoted by HTC themselves:

“Yes, we are working on an Eclair update for the HTC Hero. Because Eclair is a significantly enhanced release, it will require some time to update Sense for this new version of the Android OS. Please be patient while we work to provide you with a tightly integrated experience like the one you are already enjoying on your Hero.”

Surprised? To be honest, it would’ve been more of a shock had Sprint’s HTC Hero did not have this. For those who already possess this smartphone and were questioning this phone, the one thing we don’t like is regret so on that note hold on to it a little longer before making any final decisions. Personally, my hopes for this phone were pretty much accomplished. Bottom line, things are looking good for this forseen invention.

Verizon goes Android 2.0 and T-mobile.. not so much! Oh My!

Verizon Vs T-Mobile

Is it just me or can you smell the beef as well? Regardless Verizon did more than just smell it, they ate it too! So the heat is on!! Why you ask? It Turns out their collaboration with Google paved the way for Verizon’s successful Android 2.0 phone (Otherwise known as the Motorola Droid) which recently released in a little more than a month ago while T-mo suffers and could be getting payed some dust since their current Smartphone, the G1, is having enough troubles updating to an android 1.6 due to lack of operating system space!! G1 users, as down-to-earth obvious as it is since T-mo has recently been VERY GOOD at disappointing, you could possibly miss out on this splendid update. But don’t be down in the dumps just yet ~ they (T-mobile) and Google are still making attempts at this time to satisfy your needs. In the meantime.. Verizon users w/the Droid Smartphone are relaxing anywhere anytime with their android 2.0 update. And although they are the only phone with the 2.0 update at this time, that’s not to say that other android phones will not eventually get it as well. On a more personal note, I as a current G1 owner am not satisfied with T[errible]-Mobile’s services lately and BEAMING to say that I will no longer be apart of their community as I’ve spotted other eye-candy.
